This program is for qualified hydronic heating and HVAC contractors only. The purpose of this program is to reward the heating contractor who provides quality support and coordination for Ecowarm jobs whether or not they have purchased the board.
1) The qualified contractor must be approved by Ecowarm and sign the agreement
and provide a valid IRS W-9 before receiving any coordination payment from Ecowarm.
2) The program makes available to the dealer a 5% coordination payment on Ecowarm
when the dealer buys the Ecowarm OSB on the website or a 5% coordination payment
on the sale of the Ecowarm OSB when the general contractor or homeowner buys the
product. The 5% is calculated as 5% the total purchased price, less discounts and
credits of the Ecowarm board and does not include freight or other charges.
3) To earn either of these the heating contractor must:
•Have already been involved in the installation of one Ecowarm project
•Register the job with Ecowarm.
•Provide consulting and high quality support to the owner, other contractors and general contractor throughout the project
•If installing the Ecowarm OSB, the heating contractor must provide a quality installation of the board.
•Properly design, install and size all additional components of the system.
•Be a good advocate for the use of Ecowarm OSB
•Follow Ecowarm OSB installation instructions.
•Use balancing valves on all loops
•Limit loop lengths to those recommended in the Ecowarm OSB Installation manual.
•Use indoor or outdoor reset control for a systems under wood floors
•Have the general contractor or homeowner sign our Ecowarm Quality Service Verification Form, verifying that the above conditions were successfully complied with and completed.
4) Ecowarm reserves the right to revoke this program or anyones’s participation in it at any time and for any reason. Referral fee normally paid within 60 days after receipt of Ecowarm Quality Service Verification Form. Ecowarm, may at its sole discretion, refuse to make the 5% coordination payment if the General Contractor or homeowner fails to or refuses to provide a signed Ecowarm Quality Service Verification form, or if there is indication of lack of providing the above mentioned services in a quality way.
