- Instructions for ordering Ecowarm:
- 1) REGISTER!
- Make sure you have registered. This is done by selecting "Sign In or create account" the tab of the home page or click here
- 2) RECEIVE YOUR MULTIPLIER IN AN EMAIL FROM ECOWARM
- After registering, make sure you have received an email from us describing your multipliers. The store will only show list price until we have received your registration and adjusted your multiplier. We do this manually so sometimes it takes a day.
- 3) LOG IN AFTER STEPS #1 AND #2 HAVE BEEN ACCOMPLISHED
- Login using the This is done by selecting "Sign In or create account" the tab of the home page or click here
- Your login ID will be the email address you registered with.
- Your password will have come to you in an email from sales@.ecowarm.us
- 4) SELECT THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF BOARDS INTO YOUR CART
- This is done by going to the part number and filling in the quantity and then pressing the "Add To Cart" button
- 5) SELECT A FREIGHT OPTION USING PART NUMBER EW-FR1, THIS IS REQUIRED!
- This part allows the selection of the ways your product will be delivered and their effect, if any, on the price of your order
- www.ecowarm.us will not ship any order until this election has been made.
- ISSUES SUCH AS DELIVERY TO A JOBSITE, REQUIREMENTS FOR LIFT TRUCK ETC ARE ADDRESSED HERE.
- 6) MAKE SURE YOU ENTER SHIPPING ADDRESS AND BILLING INFORMATION CORRECTLY
- Our web processor is Authorize.net using the Chase Paymentech Gateway. It is very picky that the billing address and card information you enter is exactly correct. This is for all of our protection but it means you have to be accurate.
- 7) CONTACT US WITH QUESTIONS AND SCHEDULE
- Feel free to email us in advance for a freight quote. Also it is very helpful if you notify us in advance of your ordering needs. The product is made based on projected demand so it is good to notify us in advance so we will have adequate inventory.
- 8) AVAILABLE SOON: CHECK PAYMENTS
- Currently www.ecowarm.us only accepts credit card payments but expects to have a service to withdraw money from a checking account soon.
